MONTMARTRE RESTAURANT-COCKTAIL BAR SUMMER SEASON OPENING CEREMONY

On May 18, on the 12th floor of Paris Hotel, was the festive opening of MONTMARTRE restaurant-cocktail terrace and summer season.

MONTMARTRE is one of the most elegant and high-class restaurants of our capital, with indescribably beautiful views of Yerevan.

This year the opening’s theme was MOULIN ROUGE. The event’s concept was based on French style, using French elements. All guests arrived dressed in black and/or red, in accordance with the event’s dress-code.

Urban Events developed and implemented the whole concept of the evening, designed and printed out invitation tickets and photo banner, selected hostesses and coordinated their work, decorated the restaurant, installed and maintained sound and light equipment, and provided professional photo and video shooting, as well as processed these materials and submitted them to the client.

The musical part of the evening featured Armenian singer Marbey with her band. The event was complemented with interesting and funny caricatures by an Armenian caricaturist, which made the evening even more interesting.

KASPERSKY LAB SEMINAR ON FINANCIAL CYBERSECURITY FOR ARMENIAN AND GEORGIAN SPECIALISTS

In February and April, Urban Events organized a seminar for Kaspersky Lab, international leader in computer security, entitled «Insights in Financial Security» for state and financial organizations in Armenia and Georgia.

Representatives of agencies and leading financial companies (banks, insurance companies, credit companies, mobile and internet operators) participated in seminars conducted by Bulat Siraev, pre-sales support department manager of Kaspersky Lab, and Aleksey Kiselyov, Kaspersky DDoS Protection project manager.

During the working seminars, Aleksey Gorelkin, Kaspersky Lab special projects department manager, conducted two interactive games involving Interactive Cyber-imitation, during which participants acquired practical skills in security issues during simulations of real cyber-attacks.

Urban Events organized the arrival and hotel booking for speakers, venue renting, preparation and dissemination of invitation tickets. Organizational works included food and drinks for the speakers and conference participants, development of the menu, conference coverage by Armenian and Georgian media, invitation of media personnel, and distribution of press-releases about the results of the conference. VMWARE SEMINAR FOR IT-SPECIALISTS IN ARMENIA

At the initiative of Mont company, Urban Events has organized for VMware Software – a leading IT company – a seminar in the “Yerevan” conference hall of Ibis Hotel in Yerevan Centre dedicated to the subject “Strategy, technologies, future: VMware new technologies overview.”

The seminar gathered together over 40 IT specialists from financial, credit and telecommunication companies, state bodies and software companies.

During youth mega-event “Mind Against in Yerevan”, which took place at Paparazzi Group, Urban Events organized Marlboro cigarette brand promotion for Philip Morris Armenia. The event included specific activities at specific zones with potential customers of Marlboro.

Urban Events developed the logistics of the event, implemented the construction of zones, environment and design, coordinated installation of necessary equipment and acquisition of some materials, provided light effects and technical maintenance, as well as recruited personnel and hostesses, organized photo shooting and processed the photos.

KASPERSKY LAB SEMINAR FOR SALES SPECIALISTS

On 19th October, in Yerevan and 27th October in Tbilisi, Urban Events organized seminars for Armenian and Georgian «Kaspersky Lab» partners. The seminars gathered together over 100 managers and sales specialists from 56 Armenian and Georgian partner companies.

Urban Events organized speakers' arrival and hotel booking, selection and renting of the halls, developed and sent out invitations to the participants, as well as developed informational and souvenir packages.

LAND ROVER/ JAGUAR EXPERIENCE TOUR. TEST-DRIVE IN SPECIAL CONDITIONS

October 14-15, 2017

For the first time in Yerevan, LAND ROVER/ JAGUAR EXPERIENCE TOUR test-drive took place in Fora Premium /Yerevan, Acharyan sreet 42/ car show-room. Within two days everyone interested had the unique chance to pass a test-drive under strict supervision of leading instructors from the company’s Moscow center, as well as to test multi-functional possibilities of Jaguar and Land Rover cars on special off-road “Terapod” simulators. This equipment simulates rough roads and zones and allowed participants to experience perfect dynamic characteristics of Land Rover and Jaguar cars.

Urban Events developed the sequence of the two-day event, installed and maintained light and sound equipment, selected the host and musical program, organized furschette, as well as organized registration of test-drive participants and general control for undisturbed flow of the event. Upon the automobile company’s request, Urban Events conducted a survey among the participants about their opinion of the event. Urban Events also provided two-day professional photo shooting and media coverage, as well as coverage in social networks.

Urban Events organized a presentation for the Republic of Armenia Human Rights Defender Website, dedicated to children’s rights protection in the digital world. The Presentation was held on October 6, 2017 in Yerevan.

Urban Events developed the website, carried out presentation logistics, and prepared event materials for presentation. LUXURY RANGE ROVER VELAR CAR PRESENTATION

On October 5, 2017 at the showroom of Fora Premium, luxury car importing company, Urban Events organized an official presentation of Range Rover’s new Velar model, reflecting a combination of sophistication, novelty and simplicity.

The event gathered together politicians, people of art, executives of international companies of Armenia, business community representatives and other guests.

For the presentation, Yekaterina Zarubina, the regional representative of Jaguar Land Rover, traveled to Armenia.

All organizational work for the car presentation was carried out by Urban Events. Urban Events developed the concept of the event, the core of which was the combination of novelty and technology with art.

The company implemented the design and printing of invitation cards and advertising materials, selection of hostesses and work coordination, decoration of car showroom, installation of light and sound equipment, menu development, food-and-drinks reception, and provided professional photo shooting of the presentation, including processing of the photos and providing them to the event's guests.

The musical part of the event featured famous jazzman Vahagn Hayrapetyan with his unique theater group Katuner. The presentation of the car was combined with an exhibition of the best paintings of artist Narek Barseghyan.

DELTAPRO’S 5th ANNIVERSARY

September 22, 2017

On September 22, 2017 Urban Events organized a festive event celebrating DeltaPro’s 5th anniversary, held in the lobby of Yerevan DoubleTree Hilton hotel. DeltaPro is specialized in façade and roof glazing, and manufacturing of aluminium and steel-plastic products. The event gathered together employees and representatives of the company, as well as famous architects, investors, and construction professionals.

In addition, partners from different countries visited Armenia specifically for this event, particularly from USA, Russian Federation and Middle East.

All organizational work was carried out by Urban Events. In particular, Urban Events organized decoration of the event venue, installation of sound and light equipment, print materials design, menu arrangement, music program drafting, hostess selection and work coordination. The company also did photo and video shooting of the event, prepared two anniversary video materials and provided the event’s media coverage.

OPENING OF KIA OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE CAR SHOWROOM AND PRESENTATION OF NEW VEHICLE

On August 4, 2017 Urban Events organized a ceremony for the opening of the showroom of Capital Motors’ KIA automobiles, at Rubinyants 30/1 Street, Yerevan, Armenia. Capital Motors is Armenia’s official dealer for KIA, a South Korean car manufacturer.

During the opening ceremony, Capital Motors presented the new classy, comfortable and safe urban SUV model of KIA SPORTAGE GT Line 2017.

Participating in the official part of the ceremony were Vache Gabrielyan, Vice Prime-Minister of International Economic Integration and Reforms of RA, and Thomas Li, Head of Asian Regional Head Office of Kia Motors.

The presentation of the new car model and the opening of the car showroom was organized by Urban Events. Urban Events developed the concept of the event, as well as the format of the new car presentation. The company selected event hostesses, coordinated the work, decorated the showroom, installed light and sound equipment, and developed the music program.

BEAUTY CONTEST MISS CIS-2017

Urban Events, which specializes organizing major events, organized and presented the final round of the international beauty contest Miss CIS-2017, which took place in Armenia for the first time.

The contest was held on June 6, 2017, at entertainment complex Pharaon, providing its stage to more than 20 beautiful contestants from 18 to 25 year old from CIS countries.

Urban Events implemented all logistics and arranged media coverage for the final round of beauty contest. It developed the concept of the final round, organized invitations of the guests, set strong communications and coordination with event sponsors, and supported the event with necessary auxiliary engineering works.

Urban Events also organized the beauty contest sectional media-campaign, coordinating the work of local and foreign media representatives and their communication with contestants. The contest was largely covered throughout Armenia and leading media in CIS-countries.

Moreover, Urban Events developed and managed a cultural sightseeing program for the contestants and special guests of the event.

A NEW LAND ROVER DISCOVERY PRESENTATION

June 1, 2017

Urban Events organized a unique event for Fora Premium’s showroom, the official Jaguar Land Rover dealer in Armenia, during which time a new, classy and multifunctional Land Rover Discovery was presented.

For this event Jaguar Land Rover Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan product-manager, Irina Ryabtseva, travelled to Armenia. The special guests of the event were the participants of the Miss CIS-2017 beauty contest.

The event gathered together more than 300 guests, including business leaders, ambassadors, politicians, people of art, manager of international companies operating in Armenia, and other guests.

All car presentation logistics were implemented by Urban Events. Urban Events developed the concept of the event, taking into consideration the internal policies of the auto manufacturer and target audience. The company prepared a list of guests, developed design, printed and mailed out invitations with additional notifications, selected hostesses and coordinated the work, organized decoration of the showroom, light and sound engineering and prepared the music program.

Urban Events provided the event with media representatives, professional photo-shooting of the presentation, and processing and distribution of the photos to the event guests.

After the event guests sent a lot of ‘thank-you’ mails. The event was largely covered in media and social media space, collecting thousands of views.

“Urban Events” has organized joint New Year’s event of “Jazzve” café chain and “Electronics Planet” on December 29, during which the celebratory draw results have been summed up. THE THIRD INTERNATIONAL NURSING ASSEMBLY IN ARMENIA

Urban Events Company has performed the organization of the first Asian Regional Nursing Assembly and the Third International Nursing Assembly in Armenia. The events has been hold on 26-30 of September 2015 in Yerevan and Nagorno-Karabakh.

The song is about a little girl’s ruined live, who lost her family and home, staying all alone in this big world with dreams disappearing in the desert.

XVII ANNUAL CHARITY EVENT BURNS SUPPER

Urban Events has sponsored and organized the event "XVII Annual Charity Event Burns Supper" organized by Armenian British Business Chamber in association with the British Embassy in Armenia.

In the past 15 years we have established the tradition of a Burns Night supper in Yerevan, which with the rest of the global community takes place in January. The memory of the Scottish poet Robert Burns (1759-1796) is toasted here every year when Scots, Armenians and members of the international community gather for Burns Night.

The centerpiece of the dinner is the traditional Scottish dish haggis, here served in a more modern style with an accompanying sauce of whisky and cream. Each year, the haggis is made especially for us in Scotland and brought to Armenia with great ceremony by kilted Scots with accompanying bagpipes.

The Burns Night is not just a social occasion but an important fundraiser for charities in Armenia. Last year it was raised 5 mln AMD which was allocated to different charity projects.

FASHION BOOM AT CRIMEA WITH “URBAN EVENTS”

On January 24 in Simferopol, in the Shopping & Entertainment Center “Yuzhnaya Gallery”, in the restaurant “Murakami” the company “Urban Events” organized and held a social event called “Fashion Boom”.

The concept of this event was to create a favorable atmosphere for the selection of presents for the loved ones before the holiday. On that day the social event, organized by the company “Urban Events”, was attended by more than 200 guests. Here you could meet cultural workers, politicians, high-level officials, connoisseurs of fashion industry and beauty, representatives of glossy magazines.

The event was covered by the biggest photo-chronicler of the CIS – Geometria.ru. There are over 200 representations in nine European countries.

“Urban Events” company has performed the localization of “S. Pellegrino” Italian famous mineral water brand in Armenia. The corresponding works has been performed within the framework of the package of promotion management. THE PRESENTATION OF THE MUSIC ALBUM “AND WHO SAID?” BY SINGER MELINE GRIGORYAN TOOK PLACE

The company “Urban Events” has carried out the organizational works of the presentation of the music album “А кто сказал?” (And who said?) of singer Meline Grigoryan.

Within the preparation process for this event the company organized the following works: a) design, printing and delivery of the invitations for the presentation to the addressees, b) design and printing of the event banner and c) creation of a Facebook page about the presentation and its content. In addition to that, “Urban Events” also organized the invitation of the hostess girls, the venue design (including the lighting) and buffet, the invitation and work of the photographer/cameraman, the invitation of the DJ, the concert program and the conduct of the fireworks.

Within the organization of this event the company also ensured the coverage of the presentation by Media, special culture-related publications, TV and Radio programs.

Due to the efforts of “Urban Events” the presentation of the music album “А кто сказал?” of singer Meline Grigoryan was successfully held on December 23rd in the State Song Theater of Armenia, leaving a vivid impression on the audience and thus contributing to the promotion of the album. The wide Media coverage of singer Meline Grigoryan’s activity, the hero of the day and the presentation, also contributed to the success of the event.

ARTHUR GRIGORYAN AND TIGRAN PETROSYAN: “PATUHAN” CD PRESENTATION

Within the 20th anniversary of the State Song Theater of Armenia, the company “Urban Events” has organized the presentation of the CD “Patuhan” (“Window”), a collaborative effort of famous singers and composers Arthur Grigoryan and Tigran Petrosyan.

“Urban Events” has carried out the following organizational works: creation of the presentation program, venue selection and design, invitation of guests, as well as coverage of the event by Media, culture-specific publications, TV and Radio programs.

The album includes the 10 most favorite songs of Arthur Grigoryan, among them “Patuhan” (Window) and “Dzyun” (Snow) sung by Tatevik Hovhannisyan, “Im Nor tari” (My New Year) sung together by Arthur Grigoryan and Tatevik Hovhannisyan, and “Meghedi” (Melody). The album has a completely new sound, RnB style, and the song “Dzyun” is even accompanied by Rap read by Felix Khachatryan. The arranger and the record producer of the CD “Patuhan” is Karen Margaryan and the sound director is Tigran Petrosyan. The album was recorded in WD studio.

“METABOLIC SYNDROME: THE ISSUE OF THE 21ST CENTURY” CONFERENCE

“Urban Events” has carried out organizational works by supporting the Young Doctors’ Association of Armenia and the Yerevan municipality in the realization of the conference “Metabolic syndrome: The issue of the 21st century”.

With the consultation of “Urban Events” the agenda of the event was developed and the list of speakers, participants and guests of the conference was defined. The company has organized awareness campaigns for the conference by developing and publishing special materials (electronic included), chose the venue for the event (“Dom Moskvy” cultural-business center of Moscow in Yerevan) and organized the transportation of speakers and participants (about 200 doctors from different hospitals of Armenia) of the conference, took care of their accommodation, meals and leisure time.

“Urban Events” also organized the coverage of the conference in Media, TV, radio and Internet.

THE ROTARY CLUB OF YEREVAN INTERNATIONAL AND THE ARMENIAN BRITISH BUSINESS CHAMBER: INSTALLATION OF SWINGS FOR HANDICAPPED CHILDREN

“Urban events” has carried out organizational works for the installation of swings for handicapped children in Yerevan. The project was initiated by The Rotary Club of Yerevan International and the Armenian British Business Chamber (Embassy of Great Britain).

Within the project “Urban Events” has done research on revealing the needs of about 2000 children, residing in Yerevan and suffering from the diseases of the locomotor apparatus; organizational works on obtaining the appropriate arrangements with the Yerevan municipality and the Yerevan Botanical garden. As a result of these actions The Rotary Club of Yerevan International and the Armenian British Business Chamber (Embassy of Great Britain) will install the swings for handicapped children in three recreation areas of the capital.

“Urban Events” has also carried out works aimed at the organization of the unveilings of these swings on December 2nd and 3rd, 2014 accordingly, the invitation of guests to these events and coverage by Media.

6TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PHARMACEUTICAL COMPETITIVENESS “PHARMA-ARMENIA 2014”

The company “Urban Events” has carried out organizational works, supporting the Medicine Producers and Importers Union of Armenia in holding the most important annual event of the pharmaceutical sphere the 6th International Conference on Pharmaceutical Competitiveness “Pharma-Armenia 2014” and within the conference the annual specialized exhibition of pharmaceutics “Pharma Armenia EXPO 2014”. With the help of the consultations of “Urban Events”, the agenda for these events was developed and the list of local and foreign companies for the exhibition, local and foreign speakers for the conference was put together.

“Urban Events” has carried out wide awareness campaigns for these events, including the health care specialists in different RA regions, and has developed and published informational materials about them via Media (Internet included). The company helped to choose the venues for the events (Yerevan state medical university after M. Heratsi and Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University). Besides that, it took care of the arrival/departure of foreign experts, transportation and accommodation of participants and guests (regions included) of the events.

“Urban Events” is also responsible for the design of the certificates and letters of acknowledgement for the participation in the conference and exhibition.

Due to all the work, that “Urban Events” executed the events were widely covered in press, on TV and radio and Internet media.
